“This is the third "it" suitcase I bought. The TSA lock on the new one doesn't work. I emailed the company the day after I recieved it and again the next day. No reply. No telephone number. No customer service. I need another lightweight suitcase, it sure won't be from "it"”

“This is a replacement of a suitcase we already had that was damaged beyond repair. With the ten year warranty, there should have been no issues with the replacement; HOWEVER, whomever I was communicating with couldn’t seem to understand the zipper essential to sealing the suitcase was irreparably broken, and the suitcase needed to be replaced. Fortunately, we finally got someone to understand what the function of the broken zipper was, and we received this AWESOME NEW SUITCASE.”

“This suitcase had a strong chemical odor. Since I could not handle it, I asked customer service if I could return. They said yes within 30 days but shipping is on me. The return shipping is $41.00!”
