“I'm very impressed. I purchased 2 cabin sized suitcases that happened to be in the sale. I went for soft ones, as previous larger soft suitcases have served us well. They are fantastic quality, sturdy and deceptively large. I'm optimistic we can get away with these and an under seat bag with some strategic packing for a 3 week trick. My only gripe, is not with IT, but a design flaw with the TSA lock. They could be better made. I found it difficult to press in the reset button, turn the dials to set a new code, and balance the case. The code ended up a random one which took a lot of patience to work out, as the pressure on the reset button had released at some point during the process.”
