“Suitcase arrived late despite me ordering for next day delivery which meant I couldn’t use it for my flight. When it arrived the suitcase had a lot of loose threads and fraying, the zips are really stiff and made packing / travelling really stressful on my next trip. Not a great case for frequent travellers on the go.”
