“The luggage is lovely and of good quality. I bought it specifically to travel on an Easyjet flight I had arranged because as specified on your website it was Easyjet compliant. When I got to the ticket check before boarding I was asked 3 times by 2 air stewards to place it in their holder which checks luggage size. Initially, it would not go in. This was due to the two zipped pockets at the front which incidentally had nothing in them other than my passport, but which caused it to be quite bulky due to it being made of a soft fabric and the pockets being two extra zipped layers. Also, they suggested it was due to the wheels. In the end, I took a pair of flat sandals with a 1-inch sole out of the case which enabled me to ram it into the holder. It then fit but there was no available space whatsoever around the case. The problem as I see it is that the case could have been damaged with the amount of force I had to use to fit it in the holder. The wheels are fairly large and take up quite a bit of space. I don't think I overpacked the case but for that particular flight, the dimensions were very tight. I was then very nervous about flying back from Bulgaria, but on that occasion, the flight was delayed nobody appeared to have their luggage checked in any way.”
