“This has been our favorite luggage ever since it came out. We personally do not care for the hard shell model luggage. We are sad to see there are only a few choices left in this style. My aged carry-on luggage is still in mint condition but that's because it remains in my control on the plane at all times. Two of my 32", however, were destroyed by the airlines being careless. I'm just glad I had the opportunity to at 2 new suitcases to my collection as spares "just in case".”

“I LOVE It luggage and have traveled with it exclusively with it for the last 10 years. I had a 4 month old suitcase that the airlines damaged. They paid to replace it and I chose this bag. This is the first piece of It luggage that I have had damaged and I use it all the time. I love that it is so light. It gives me more weight to pack it with things I need on long trips. I have not mastered the art of packing light. :)”
