“Unfortunately after just one use (2hr flight) the suitcase did not stand up to expectations. I bought for a big trip next year but now concerned about using it. I have contacted IT but again very disappointed as they haven't bothered to reply. Don't like giving bad reviews but left with alternative. Choose another supplier - they might at least reply if you have an issue.”
