“Fabulous size and also has 4 wheels to make it easier. The only issue was delivery, I opted for next day. I was leaving the house for my flight at 3.30pm and could track my delivery from 3 streets away at 8.30. It was so frustrations to see them deliver 134 parcels before mine and he was literally streets away. I missed getting my travel bag by 40 minutes and will have to wait for another journey to use it. I almost feel like it would be better not to be able to track it as closely.”
