“Great case, size, quality but was badly damaged by airline when travelling from Dublin to Malaga. This was a replacement case for a previously damaged case ironically but from malaga to Dublin only 6 weeks prior. Case locks were broken open and rear of case scored but happy to say zip stayed closed.”

“Hello, I placed an order on your official website on 10th September and paid £5.99 for Next Day Delivery. However, my parcel has been repeatedly delayed by Yodel, and despite contacting them, I still haven’t received my suitcase. I also sent an email to your customer service but haven’t received a reply. Since I am moving tomorrow, this has become very urgent. Could you please help escalate this with Yodel and ensure I either receive my suitcase today or provide me with a solution?
