“Bought a suitcase zip toggle broke on 1st trip weeks later, sent it back under 10yr warranty. Return accepted email says pick a replacement value of £50 which was purchase price. Problem 1 not a single medium suitcase of value £50 on web site almost everything sold out. Warranty states and I quote “we do not guarantee like-for-like replacement but will replace to an equal or greater value of the original purchase price”. There is a medium suitcase priced £60 so I reply I will have that one under the warranty rules. Problem 2 they say no it’s £50 regardless of what the warranty states and regardless of they haven’t got anything. Ended up having to buying the more expensive suitcase and they refunded the original cost.”

“Really disappointed, had an issue with one of the zippers from the first use. Raise a warranty case (as it comes with 10 years....), a month later and a week away from my next trip....still no answer. Disappointed is an understatement....”
