“First flight with the duotone and the zipper handle came off making it impossible to lock the bag. Was so stressed for the return but luckily nothing was stolen from my bag. I don’t know if they will repair it or replace it or if my money is down the drain. Was considering buying a whole set but now I’d rather not given this experience”
