“Bought a set of it luggage for our holiday. Looks very nice and lots of room for packing but I don’t recommend the locking system as it has broken and now unable to lock the case.”

“After 8 emails back and forth and 6 telephone calls all of. which went to answerphone with no reply despite being told they would call back. The most difficult procedure to get a replacement of damaged goods when delivered I have ever encountered taking more than an hour of my time I am going to contact my credit card company to get a refund.”

“The suitcases are fabulous. I love them, a great deal - set of 4. Ideal for larger families. Super lightweight. Very tasteful design. The packaging was clever. The delivery was brilliant too. Came within a few days. Really happy with my purchase.”
