“The socks were described as medium size but are in fact really small. It is disappointing that the size is not as stated, as I will have to exchange them for a larger size. I don't think many people could fit their feet into these socks. The socks themselves are good if they were the right fit.”

Dear Jane, Thank you for taking the time to let us know via your review and via email that the socks were too small. We do unfortunately have to follow NHS size guides when printing the sizes on the socks - as the socks are designed for use in hospitals. This is why we have the sock size guide in Data sheets on the website, showing measurements in centimetres, to help you choose the right sock size. We have already sent you a replacement pack of 5 socks in the appropriate size, we do hope these have been useful.
