“After a leg operation, and still with very restricted movement, l easily put both pressure stocking on myself. With the end of my crutch, l hooked the loop, and withdrew the 'Slider' whilst laying back in bed !”

“It does what it is meant to do however my stocking is pulled down when removing it. One has to then pull your stocking back up???”

“slide is fine , but it cost £7.50 to deliever , it weighs nothing ! why ????? my husband is a post man ad even he was confused. The delievery cos more than the sock. I was desperate for this slide for my mother . I had no time to look around . To be honest its taken advantage of people who are vulnerabel and in need.”

“I heard that this was a very useful aid following my knee operation, however I have now idea how it works, so unable to use it. No instructions cane with it, so am stuck…..”

“Makes it easier to get the TED socks onto my teen, who is bed bound, has weak legs and can't push against me. Either way its the best device I have used (and I'm a nurse so I put TEDs on patients frequently)”

“Sadly the first 2 I ordered proved very unsatisfactory. The reason was that on the 1st attempt with one the stitching connecting the handle to the plastic sheath broke away, and also on the 2nd after using it x3. Then the replacement from another batch only lasted a couple of weeks before the same thing happened. I have had to restitch the handle with black thread to hold it to the sleeve.”
