These extra slippy silicone coated polyester re-usable flat slide sheets with handles are supplied to hospitals as well as for manual handling in care homes and nursing homes. The reusable slide sheets are available in teal polyester fabric. For infection control the slide sheets can be washed in a hot wash up to 80 degrees centigrade. Most importantly be careful not to use chlorine bleach or softener when laundering the slide sheets as this will be detrimental to the silicone coating. The handles are on three sides of the slide sheet giving plenty of space for many people to assist with the repositioning or sliding task.

“Not used yet as brought in case of emergency I do home care and I have come across a couple of situations where this would of been handy but most people who need them already have them. Typically since purchasing have not had a situation arise where necessary to use and so only going by practice at home my wife and dad helped I moved my dad easily up the bed and he's not a small man so work's just as well as the ones used in training and none of the people there were as big as my dad easily washed and dried so I'm more than happy with this product good price and be careful of super cheap one's big difference in quality as I found out and wasted money rather than saving should of gone with my gut and brought this one first.”
