“I installed the cartridges in my printer which is an HP Envy 6020e. This is a network printer that serves my Micrsoft PC and iPhones & iPads running IOS. The cartridges installed easily and appeared to be the exact dimensions - although the printer cartridge housing itself is somewhat flimsy. The quality of the resulting print is highly satisfactory including colour reproduction. I have not subscribed to HP Instant Ink as I have seen bad reviews online. For this reason, I do not propose to update the printer fimware.”

“Since I have put this ink in my HP Printer 6032e I have had problems, hour after hour trying to sort it out, but same problem comes up Ink problems. My son has looked again tonight, so we will see if its printing again later.”
