“Initially it didn't work when printing Apple "Pages" so I tried printing the reference sheet for aligning the heads and it printed perfectly. I discovered that my printer (Canon MG3650S) wasn't being recognised by my computer (Mac Mini M4) so I reset the printer to factory conditions and it has been OK since then. Print quality for letters is very good, can't comment on photos I rarely print them. Delivery was ahead of time excellent service at a very good price.”

“The first colour cartridge did not work, despite everything I tried. Nor did the second cartridge. I was about to give up when the free replacement worked first time.”
