How was our customer service?

“Hi, first class service. Arrived on time and well packed. Not that It mattered in this case due to the type of water-repellent insulation, the packs arrived quite wet. The lorry had a roof and can't understand why so wet? As I've been delayed in opening the insulation packs I can't comment on the specifics of the product but do feel it must be as is stated on the packs. However, I'd happily buy again with insulation4 less for other good reasons, not least the office staff were just so helpful.”
