How was our customer service?

“When you cut open the polythene cover that keeps it all safely in place, and unroll it, then the 4 precut pieces are revealed. The 2 outer pieces are the large ones (44-ish size each) and the 2 inner pieces are the small ones (22-ish each.) They stay nicely rolled up for a little bit before unrolling/expanding. So usually no need to do any cutting before you cut open the polythene cover. It was all very convenient. It made insulating my loft pretty easy. Not a nice comfy job, but not rocket science, and not too fiddly. I found 7 dozy Queen Wasps in my loft and disposed of them (This is in October when they are extremely groggy and only half wake up on warm days. Good reason to do this job in Winter when they aren't a problem !!) I don't think it was particularly itchy, certainly not compared to the oldfashioned stuff, but I wore a full overall thing and hat and had a good mask.”

How was our customer service?

“The partial pre-cutting of these rolls made the job much easier than we'd anticipated. We were delighted to find that this modern mineral wool was considerably less itchy than the old glass fibre rolls we were used to. Nevertheless, we did still take all of the precautions - disposable over suit, wellies, rubber gloves, face masks etc. Never a pleasant job but the product was relatively easy to use and has made a significant difference to the warmth of our property. We used a combination of 100mm, 150mm and 200mm rolls, and found this to be the most cost-effective solution - especially as we had plenty of room so were able to lay down at least 300mm in depth and in other places, more than that.”
