“Item good - delivery terrible at paid £50 for delivery but had to drive 30mins in van to collect, no delivery refund given”

“You buy discount insulation expecting boards with the odd bit of damage, been lying around in a warehouse forever, etc. Was pleasantly surprised to find brand new, shrink wrapped packs manufactured within a couple of weeks of supply.”
