“The course was intense, with a great deal of subject matter to comprehend. This was facilitiated magnificently with the use of visual aids, discussions and a 'practical' session, by a team of tutors that delivered energy into the programme. The course tutors were very knowledgeable, open and easy to ask questions of. They were also ready to receive suggestions from the delegates which were then discussed in open forum. On the whole, an excellent course that I would endorse for any of my colleagues.”

“An excellent course: well structured, valuable information and practical explanations to use in the auditing process. The trainers are very experienced in the pharmaceutical field and their dedication in performing the course and involving the trainees was outstanding.
