“This course will take you to the next Level... Not only in your career but as an Auditor..... It will Change the way you think.... Your approach towards questioning during an Audit... Just recently after the course I conducted an audit... I was so impressed on How this company make ISO 9001 their Bible aligned with ICHQ7 it was impressive. I'm not sure if it's because the Lead Auditor training information was still fresh in my head but it was exciting cause I also checked their approach on continuous improvement, process approach and this became apparent on their strategy they use for their conducting their management review. It was really impressive. The course enabled me the skill on how to apply process approach and enhanced my technique of questioning during the audit. During this audit.... It was like I'm experiencing a "day Ja vhu" moment because as we were discussing at the LA course various issues on how business decisions in companies impacts quality today and the view on the overall management as a site. It was like the company were listening to our conversations at the course because they had realised this a recently and have implementated process approach to QMS, Continuous improvement.... All aspects of ICHQ10 esp risk management and continious improvement. It was really enjoyable doing this audit after doing the course. I could quote the reference to the standard just like that... I highly recommend it if Auditing is your Passion.”

“The course was intense, with a great deal of subject matter to comprehend. This was facilitiated magnificently with the use of visual aids, discussions and a 'practical' session, by a team of tutors that delivered energy into the programme. The course tutors were very knowledgeable, open and easy to ask questions of. They were also ready to receive suggestions from the delegates which were then discussed in open forum. On the whole, an excellent course that I would endorse for any of my colleagues.”
