“Even thought the course was to long, I really enjoyed it and appreciate your helped/support since the beginning of this course up to the end. I gained much more knowledge, and this will help to enhance our service delivery. I think you may see how it can be some how short (summarize the course) and try to fixe some technical issues that are still there (most of the time we get stuck in assessment after each chapter)”
