“I've recently come into the pharma industry and found the course incredibly useful, the material was clearly laid out and the importance of each section of GMP was emphasised. For me, it put the vague notion that is 'GMP' in context. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the trainers and how comfortable they made us feel with the online technology, there was never an awkward moment with someone on mute or someone waiting to ask a question but being overlooked. “This is a fantastic GMP course that any aspiring or experienced Quality professional should not miss out on. Not only is the course content very relevant to Quality professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, but our tutor Matt Morris was also very engaging and knowledgeable. He shared the similarities and differences between the different guidelines and regulations and how we can actually apply them. “Unfortunately: - I did not receive the course folder in advance of the course (it came a week later). - The presenter crashed his computer and almost wasn't able to present on Day 2. We helped him by sharing the .pdf file of the slide materials in the call. - I have not yet received a certificate (3 weeks after the course).”

Dear Daniel. I am very sorry about this. The tutor did have a total IT failure on one of the days of the course, which meant that he was unable to present the course using his slide deck, as we would have normally done. This is the only time in over 100 virtual presentations in the past year that this problem has occurred. He was able to continue with the course using a not-ideal arrangement with the presentations. I am very sorry if this spoilt your learning experience with us and if you get in touch directly we will see what we can do to make things up.

“This is a great course that gives a complete overview of how GMP is engraved in all aspects of a pharmaceutical company from the facilities and their design to the QMS documentation that keeps the organisation running day-to-day. It provided me with everything I needed to know about GMP and more, giving me more in-depth knowledge of my duties and why they are important as well as a far broader view of how different departments come together for GMP assurance. The course was very well delivered with plenty of interaction to keep everyone interested and allowed a competitive edge to the course through quizzes.”

“The course was very good, with excellent course materials and course delivery. The course covered a wide range of topics, with a good level of detail. Course leaders were friendly and approachable, with great knowledge on the subjects. Only minor criticism was the timings allocated for each topic and any follow up question meant there was some overrun.”
