About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I up graded my Cardo 2 to a packtalk pro, was it worth the money no I don’t think it was yes you get good speakers the voice activation works when it won’t to, it would be nice if it let you know it was listening with a beep rather then keep saying Hay Cardo Hay Cardo Hay Cardo it’s like talking to the wife and getting nowhere.”

“Replacement for the Sena 50R and what a difference. The Packtalk Pro certainly packs a punch. Have got say, the 45mm speakers are a tad thicker than what Sena use so had to make sure the cutouts in the helmet would allow for the speakers to not rub or put pressure on the ears. Sound volume is crazy loud in comparison to the Sena. I have these fitted to my LS2 Explorer MX701 crash helmet and now have the phone volume set below half way, whereby the Sena, I couldn't turn them up loud enough and never bothered having music on as I just couldn't hear it clear enough. I had contemplated the standard Packtalk Edge setup, which I had been using (brothers spare helmet) whilst visiting my brother and even that was a huge improvement over the Sena but I had the opportunity to purchase the Packtalk Pro and I am genuinely over the moon. As always Infinity Motorcycles were first class, I had found these cheaper elsewhere but got in touch and enquired about "Pricematch" and they messaged me back the following day with the go-ahead. Purchase made and the new Cardo setup arrived via DPD couriers 2 days later. First class experience and one happy customer. Thank you guys.”

“Cardo worked well on our 8x bike trip to France. All on PackTalk mesh system. Just all needed to be aware not to get too spread out in traffic otherwise the signal gets weaker between the from and back bikes. I bought a Sena system from Motocard but when we paired it to the Cardo the Sena puts the mic permanently open and you can’t turn it of. Whilst paired it will not respond to commands either by voice or the Sena App. Lots of emails / messages to Sena Tech Help to then be told it won’t work without these issues. Went back to Motorcard to ask if I could return it but they wouldn’t. Said that this was common knowledge! Nothing said at the time of purchase so had to sell it on. Stay away from Sena and Motocard, not very helpful and not open about their spec. Cardo works, does what it says on the box.”
