About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! “Bought a Schuberth C5 helmet which had one of these installed. Did the job in warm weather, but then started to mist up in the lower left side of the visor when the cold weather set in. Went through the motions of adjusting and tightening it, thought that would cure, but the problem continued. Also noticed a flat spot on the silicon bead in the problem area. Infinity wouldn't replace as I'd had the helmet a few months, so I ordered a new Pinlock. Same flat spot although not as pronounced, and then same issue in colder weather. My brother bought the same helmet, and same issue with his Pinlock. Manufacturing defect on these, suspect where the machine starts and stops the silicon bead.”

“As there are two sizes of Pinlock lenses for the SCHUBERTH C5, I called the shop to check which size I needed. The person that I spoke to was knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. When the Pinlock arrived it was fitted with ease.”

“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, ordered large for a large sized helmet but the staff in Infinity Belfast were excellent and sorted it out, 5 stars for the staff.”
