About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I am very pleased with the service I received in the supply of the vouchers. Website easy to use. There was a problem with the delivery guy which I informed you about and your response was very swift. So overall a satisfying purchase. I will be coming for more vouchers in the not too distant future as my son is saving for new leathers so the vouchers help. Regards.”

“Had to get a last minute gift for my biking brother in law after a rival supplier had promised - then failed - to deliver some Dainese gloves. These were delivered in 24 hours more or less. Have used Infinity for years and the staff at Holborn are great.”

“Actually I live in Australia . I' purchased a gift voucher for my son who lives in London UK. He said he would love to put my gift voucher towards a new helmet he would like to purchase in your store. He always buys his motor bike gear from u and is very happy dealing with u. I found your website very friendly and was easily able to purchase the gift voucher. Many thanks as I often have trouble purchasing from sites in the UK but your web site was extremely friendly. “I bought these for my other half and they have not been spent yet but we have had a look in a store. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I could not find them on the site at all and had to contact customer services for help. However that help came very quickly with a direct link to what I wanted. The vouchers come in bigger denominations than other similar stores so much easier to use. When in store they did not have the size we needed but staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered to get the size from another store if we wanted but told us which stores had I so we could go ourselves - unlike another similar company which won't tell you where.! Would definitely come back to here.”
