About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Thought these came with the screw connections but no they’d are those nasty block & pin type . So fitted anyway only designed to go together once . Trial fit etc then that was it one block came of and pins wouldn’t line up on the other connectors. Go for the dearer ones next time . Returned to infinity for refund services always good”

“This is my second pair of these grips, work really well at keeping the hands toasty. BUT the quality of the cable connectors are sh*t. Was about to send them back, but decided to chop off the plastic bits and use crimps instead.”

“They've never worked properly.... always intermittent.... as a professional Engineer I went to great lengths to fault find even removing the in line plugs and hard wiring the power supply but to no avail ..... now they don't work at all. They where a Christmas present from family ... My grandfather has them fitted to his Honda CBR600 F and his 650 V-Strom and after shortening the wiring they work great .... but mine don't and won't ... Very disappointing ... We have con checked the wiring without success..... I can only believe the fault exists in the handlebar control unit.”
