About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I visited Infinity in Norwich having decided to buy some Goretex kit as I ride all year round. After trying on pretty much everything else in the shop nothing was comfortable so I tried the Rukka. It was such a great fit I decided to buy it. The website wouldn't allow me to leave anything other than a 5 star review. If it did I would have given it 4 stars. The fit is superb it is super comfortable and totally waterproof. I haven't had the chance to wear it in very cold weather yet so can't vouch for the warmth of the inner jacket although I have worn it off the bike. The only let down for me is the lack of decent vents and pockets. The vents are fairly tucked away and apart from the shoulder vents don't let a lot of air through and the vents on the trousers are useless. There is only one internal pocket and that is ridiculously deep. I like to put my wallet and phone inside my jacket but put them in seperate pockets so they don't stick in my chest. Overall great kit.

Don't look at the initial cost price consider the total cost of ownership. The fact that RUKKA is prepared to put this jacket up for a free six-year warranty (you'll need to register for this over and above the standard warranty) shows their commitment to making first class motorcycle gear. I visited Infinity in Farnborough where Josh had the patience of a saint in helping me select the right kit for me. Since buying this jacket I've worn it for the last few outings on my R nineT when the temperatures have been low single digits. The separate down-filled liner jacket is a must when temps are low and it supremely comfortable. Of course the Nivala jacket itself is heavier but not uncomfortably so. It it clearly very well constructed and gives a sense of safety and security. The Nivala Jacket and Trousers zip together and this is excellent. No drafts whilst riding. Yes Rukka is expensive. It's also most excellent. It'll last a long time. Money well spent in my book!
