About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I bought both the trousers and jacket at the NEC in November and it has been the best buy yet for me. I cover just over a 1000 miles per month so these have been thoroughly tested. For the price you definitely cannot go wrong with the oxford Mondial advanced superb comfort waterproofing and windproofing too. I have done some damned long trips in this gear and I'm now buying a second set but in all black this time as a commuter kit. Oxford and infinity have so far been the best with regards to customer service any problems and they are easily contactable. I do recommend you try this gear if you're looking for hard-wearing and comfy bike kit.

Bought this at Motorcylce Live a year or so ago having been impressed by the magazine reviews and the laminate water proofing. Initially I was pretty happy just some niggles like the over complicated neck closure system the collar not being high enough (for me) lack of internally pockets and lack of inner baffle on the arm openings so the drafts get in. However what has really annoyed me is that I've had two instances of water ingress at the crotch. These happened on wet trips at motorway speeds 90 miles each way. The rest of me was fine and other than discovering that the outer jacket pockets are only shower proof and not fully water proof i was pretty impressed as the conditions were really awful. But a leaking crotch in a pair of supposed waterproof trousers is a critical flaw. Turning up at your destination looking like you've had an accident isn't a good look. I got this jacket as an all season item. Perhaps I was being too expectant for the money...

Initially it had everything I wanted adjustable neck decent air vent DWR coating where the water runs off. Good pockets. Warm in the winter good ventilation on the recent hot days. This is where the good points stop. Sadly the first rain soaked into the jacket and took almost a day to dry but no leaks. Reported to Oxford who think it may be faulty but we decided to wait. Also told the shop in Southampton about it too who tried to fob me off. Waited 6 months until we had some decent rain as the 20 mile commute shows up nothing and it leaked badly after only 40-50 miles. Wet shoulders and sides all the outer pockets leaked. A friend has a new 2 week old one and the sleeve zips leaked badly too. His also soaks water up. Sizing is hit and miss XL in one colour is different to another colour!!!! It is going back tomorrow for a refund. Oxford are interested to check it to see what is wrong.
