About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Not impressed! First, check to see is your shoei Neotec 2 is an older version, (pre 2019) this SRL 2 mesh kit will not fit, it's only meant for post 2019 helmets. So bought to upgrade from an SRL 2, already installed in my shoei Neotec 2, as my wife has the new Neotec 3 & SRL 3 mesh intercom. Ok it's got mesh but on initial testing, the max volume is less thanmy old SRL 2, if wearing ear plugs you will struggle to hear anything. Listening to music from my smartphone of current music recorded in High bit rate MP3 resulted in a poor sound through the speakers, just seemed like there was no real volume, no matter what I did with volume controls or Senna App controls, tried everything but to no avail. The volume communication between my wifes SRL 3 & the SRL mesh was poor, even upon testing in our house where there was no external noise, on the road even max volume would be useless. Don't be fooled into thinking the Harmon Cardon speakers are a vast upgrade, they aren't. Ok they don't distort as much as the SRL 2 speakers, but again no real volume to penetrate through earplugs, at least the SRL 2 speakers had that bit more max volume to compensate, all be it slightly distorted. I've had to return the SRL mesh in favour of the highly rated Cardo Edge set, hopefully it will be better suited. Can't fault Infinity in any way, always a first rate service, Thankyou”
