About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Although the SC2 system works well when up and running it took there attempts to obtain a remote with fully charged battery. Setting up from new is so tricky that as with my experience, chances are that you will receive a unit with drained batteries which won’t work and cause many wasted hours attempting function and returning the item twice. To top all this the remote eventually fell off the helmet on the first long journey. I can only think I ‘knocked’ it off attempting to use the small buttons on it or the flimsy clip holding it on broke. No replacement was available from the supplier except to buy a whole new system. I now use a substitute handlebar remote , presumably produced by Sena to cure all the problems with the helmet unit”

“Worst product I've brought to date. Very awkward to use, Bluetooth constantly dropping out . When i connect 2nd comms my Garmin Zumo xt drops out. Seems only capable of 1 Bluetooth connection at a time. Radio lasts 5 mins if lucky. Voice command has never worked. Do yourself a favour and buy cardo.”

“Complete rubbish. No back up or help from Semna or supplier. Voice commands have never worked. Blue tooth drops out all the time.. Near impossible to use. Pair it to a garmin Zumo and 2nd comms drop out as it can't handle 2 things at once. For the price its terrible . Glad to see Schberth now use Cardos. Buy Cardo ,”

“Rubbish. Very awkward to use. Voice control has never worked. Bluetooth keeps dropping out. With 2nd comms connected ,Garmin can not communicate directions. New update for firmware doesn't work either. Lot of money for something that is rubbish.”

“Great looking and fitting system but it keeps annoyingly dropping out of Spotify and live radio, I cant seem to get it sorted. Iphone 13pro works fine with all other bluetooth items and apple carplay etc, after riding for 20 min or so it drops and refuses to re-connect. Phone etc works great”

“Easy to install and operate with the app, but does not connect via Bluetooth to other non Sena systems? I haven't tried the mesh option yet, It works well with the connection to the phone, so far.”
