About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I really wanted heated gloves and found a great deal at Infinity from KEIS. Okay, I bought them. They were a bit pricey and didn't come with a battery. Okay, I accepted and bought the batteries for the gloves separately, and it should have been great, but no! Keis sells batteries without a charger! Seriously? Are the batteries that expensive and without a charger? You have to buy them separately. Okay, I bought a charger from the KEIS website and it was delivered, but! The original C-connector cable I have for the batteries doesn't work with this charger (it works with other chargers), but the original KEIS charger doesn't work with it. I have to use a single phone cable and charge each battery separately! Keis is a joke to sell such poor quality and expensive products, all separately, for such a lot of money! I will never buy KEIS products again! This bad review is not for INFINITY because it's a great store and service, but it's not possible to write directly on the KEIS website, so I have to post my frustration here. Sorry, Infinity, that's what KEIS is for. How many more KEIS items do I have to buy just to charge these glove batteries!!!

I have a Keis heated jacket and it's very good at keeping me warm; on my second and no complaints. So I was looking forward to warm hands in my new Keis heated gloves. Sadly they are next to useless. At anything below about 10C they do little to keep my hands warm and I find my fingers getting painfully cold after about an hour's riding. I would not recommend paying out for these gloves. Keis you need to do better; if you can do such a good jacket why are your gloves so useless?

I bought these gloves a couple of years ago and as the other review mentions they really don’t get hot at all. The build quality is also not great. The piping around the top of the glove started to crack exposing the fabric inside which will then hold water I sent them back and the return was rejected claiming it was normal wear and tear. They have also used a very easily worn material on the palms which wears out pretty fast. These manufacturing techniques of built in obsolescence should be a thing of the past.

I have a Keis heated jacket that is excellent and had high hopes for the gloves. Gave them their first outing today at around 8C. Might as well have had bare hands as I suffered from a lack of any effective degree of heating and cold hands all day. I tried turning the jacket control up a notch to see if that helped to no avail; jacket got hot and had to be turned down again but the gloves offered no real protection from the cold. Very very disappointed.

I decided to invest in heated gloves to provide comfort against the effects of windchill in colder weather. I wished I had done this before. These gloves fitted perfectly excellent finger/ thumb length feeling a bit tight as you would expect as they are new but are bedding in nicely. The heat element is brilliant providing heat across the back of the hand along with the back/ side and tip of each finger doing this on the thumb as well. The fit and finish is premium as you would expect and the leather covered hard knuckle protector and the hard scaphoid protector provide reassurance. The gloves provide the option of being powered directly to the bike or should you want from individual batteries (optional). I have no hesitation in suggesting you to buy these gloves. I would add that Infinity Motorcycles provided me with an excellent level of customer service and I will choose to make more purchases from them in the future
