About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“The charger itself is great; the display, & the functions & it works well when connected. However - the connector plug to the battery is a really poor design. There are 2 little pins (on the battery side) that should ideally be fixed in position - they're not - they wobble around & twist as you position the cable to make the connection to the charger & often mis-align blocking the connection. Eventually the pins & socketd distort & worsen with use sometimes failing to connect & charge. I bought a second (short) battery cable at extra expense as an accessory in case the first one was duff - but brand new out of the packet the new one was exactly the same. Oxford need to look at something more substantial like e.g. the connecting cable to a Keis heated jacket - robust, straight connection, no issues despite daily use. It's a shame what is otherwise a great product is spoiled by this annoying element that could be easily improved.”

“Bought this in nov 18 to keep the battery topped up over winter. This was on a new battery on a new Ducati monster 1200. End of jan19 connected and display read 0 volts & 0 amps. Great returns service from infinity will be buying a different charger to replace this. Suggest if you are thinking of buying one of these read a few reviews.”

“The Oxford Oximiser 900 is a great charger very light and has a good display to let you know whats happening with the battery on your bike. Great price too. infinity were quick to dispatch and I received it in a couple of days.”

“The Oxford Oximiser3X has proved an excellent product and a big step up on my previous battery charger/conditioner. The price was equal to any on the 'net and the delivery was extremely quick. All I could ask for in the way of product and service.”
