Hi Tony I'm so sorry for the lack of response you have received. This is something we take very seriously and pride ourselves on the service we offer our customers. I have personally looked into this for you to ascertain the cause and have found that one of our internal systems incorrectly assigned your enquiry. I have asked a member of our customer service team to reach out to you ASAP to support you with this. If you continue to have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Once again, and on behalf of everyone at ID Card Centre, please accept our apologies for this. Dan ID Card Centre
