“I never received the goods and when I contacted ID Card Centre I was told that delivery wasn't their responsibility considering I paid them £4.95 delivery for a £16 order. I was given 2 options, take it up with Royal Mail myself or pay another £16 for them to sent it out again. Extremely poor customer service, I would have expected them to contact Royal Mail and if that didn't resolve the matter sent out a replacement free of charge.”
