“lovely tasting tea, though you need a mesh tea strainer if possible to ensure you don’t get bits! Helps massively with anxiety and sleep. I struggle getting off to sleep and staying asleep - this helps with both. Wake up feeling a bit groggy but it’s the price I pay!”
