“These gummies are good quality but not that strong or this pack doesn't contain much for what the price is. This is better for starters but did give me a decent night's sleep. They do if you take them an get into bed. Then they start to work their magic after about 15 minutes. They taste damn good to and they are qwite moorish little things.”
