“Good 'healthy' seeds. When my original order was delivered it was a couple of seeds short (pack of three rather than five - easy mistake). After reporting the shortfall the next day I had no quibbles or 'are you sure' - rather their customer service was 100% and I received the missing items literally "the next day" - this is why I will use them again.”

Hi L, I've taken a look and I can see your order was placed on Sunday the 19th (we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays). This order was dispatched for you on Monday 20th and was delivered on Thursday 23rd. I've taken a look and I can see you have paid for the Royal 24 service which is usually next day but NOT guaranteed and is a 1st class 1-3 working day delivery service. Next working day guaranteed is £6.99 at the checkout. The order arrived with you within the 3 working delivery days :)
