Hi, I can see you have contacted us twice. Our store is closed on Saturdays and Sundays which is why you didn't receive a reply to your first email on Sunday unfortunately we were short-staffed on Monday so emails weren't all able to be answered with this being our busiest day of the week. This issue has now been forwarded to the relevant department as sadly it looks as though your order has become lost during transit which can unfortunately sometimes happen so we will need to look further into this and get the issue resolved for you as soon as we can. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you but this issue will most definitely get resolved for you.
