Hi Jordan, I'm sorry to see you are disappointed with your purchase but I've taken a look at your order and I can see that you didn't select any options from the drop down menus from the website. You will need to select from the drop down what you would like in your kit and the amounts you would like them in. Due to this you were not charged for the kits as nothing was selected.
