“I am not happy with this product. The holes do not line up with the camera back bracket. I removed the back bracket from the camera first to use the inside 4 holes but could only get 2 of them to line up. This is for a hikvision akusence camera.”

“Nothing wrong with the product.2 stars for CCCTV Kits who don’t give the option of leaving the parcel in a safe place.I am in the trade and I am out and about during the day.I have to take time off work to be able to receive an order.It’s ridiculous.I will start using my other suppliers more. On one of my previous orders I have emailed customer support, right after placing the order, and I have asked them nicely to send the parcel with the option to be left in a safe place.No reply, no safe place option. Disappointing”
