We are sorry that you did not feel more positively about the Fire Marshal course. It is essential for fire wardens to understand how people are likely to behave when the fire alarm is activated. The International Associate for Fire and Rescue Services states that "human behavior during emergencies can be predicted and controlled through planning and understanding, which can reduce human casualties, personal losses, and property damage". We hope you got some benefits from completing the course.
