“I reckon it would be borderline-impossible to complete the course in an hour, so I would suggest changing that. It made me feel embarrassed that it took me multiple hours to complete the test, until I spoke to a colleague who admitted they'd had the same experience.”

Dear Matthew Thanks very much for the useful feedback on the Fire Safety course. We'll take another look at the average time taken to complete the course and update that information accordingly. The range in completion times is very wide, so sometimes the guideline time is not that useful. Everyone learns in their own way. We really don't want anyone to feel embarrassed by taking a few times to pass the assessment. Almost certainly, those people will remember the content better, and for longer.
