I had to do this twice as the first time I completed it and then my record showed my result but status as partially completed. It did not give me this review and certificate option. So I had to do the test again to get the certificate.

Thanks for the feedback on the DSEAR course. Sorry you had problems with your progress being recorded in the assessment. The most likely explanation is that you were using a smartphone ot tablet without the most up-to-date operating system. If you do any more i2Comply courses, please make sure your device is up to date, and feel free to contact our support team (support@i2comply.com). We will be very happy to help you. Simple & Informative, didn't bog down too much with detail got the key points across. Would suggest teaching individuals the colour codes of typical compressed cylinders that are likely found as an added awareness of someone's surroundings, such as CO2 is a black bottle with a white stripe. I appreciate CO2 isn't flammable but it is stored in a compressed cylinder which does come under DSEARs and compressed gas is mentioned at the start of the training that it is a hazard to consider, i.e. if valve was faulty/damaged and CO2 cylinder flew off in a direction from result of uncontrolled release of gas under pressure. Not to mention it is an asphyxiation hazard also.

Dear Alex Thanks for the positive review of the DSEAR course. Thanks also for the useful suggestion on colour-coding of cylinders. We'll discuss that in the development team and consider what improvements we can make to the course. Kind regards, i2Comply team
