“More training focus on the challenges that trans people now face in single sex spaces given the recent ruling about biological sex given by the UK Supreme Court and the lack of clarity it now brings into real life for people who have or are currently transitioning from one gender to the other regardless if they have all legal documentation and a gender recognition certificate and all the correct anatomy. The ruling simply defines biological sex but it has created a whole host of problems for trans people be it that they present as male or female be it at the beginning or end of their transition and as people spend a large proportion of their time in the work place these problems are now going to be elevated into the work place with more focus and undoubtably more discrimination and prejudice.”
