Dear Lesley-Ann Thanks for your feedback on the Sexual Harassment course, we always appreciate it. Harassment from your manager or other powerful person is especially difficult to deal with. This is referred to a couple of times in the course with the advice to discuss things with another manager. This is easier to do in a large organisation with a lot of managers and an HR department. In a small organisation, it may be that there is no appropriate person to turn to. In this case it may be best to escalate things sooner, document all the evidence, and contact ACAS for support, as described in the course. We will review the content in the next development meeting and consider whether we can deal with this issue more directly. Thanks again, and kind regards, i2Comply team
