“Very informative and raises great awareness of menopause and associated symptoms also the importance of being supportive of staff experiencing menopause that may be struggling. One important area of note was the area that referenced that if staff not supported, workplaces may be open to discrimination claims due to age and sex.”

“It was useful to know about all the symptoms and different states but I was hoping it would be delivered differently to be able to allow all staff to do it to know how to support but most of the course wouldn't be of benefit to those not experiencing any symptoms.”

“Our organisation is looking at training for line managers so that reasonable adjustments/support can be offered etc for employees going through early, premature and normal menopause. Also to understand the symptoms. I think the first few slides regarding the reproductive organs, periods etc do not need to be in there. I also do not think the more intimate/sexual information etc slides need to be in there either. Overall most of it was very informative. Info regarding discrimination etc very good and line managers need to be aware of that.”
