“The session felt overly long and lacked practical content. It was essentially a talk rather than training, and it didn’t provide clear, actionable learning or demonstrate any improvement in skills. As it stands, it seemed more like a box‑ticking exercise for compliance rather than a genuine opportunity to develop staff. I would recommend introducing more practical, interactive elements, as well as clearer learning objectives, to ensure the training is useful and meaningful.”

“The practical process of actually testing appliances is a bit lacking. Would suggest how to videos such as Class I appliances and how to find suitable earth points.”
