“It is too complicated for most people. Too many choices which we're unlikely to encounter in most situations (unless you are a fireman); the icons are not very easy to understand; the colour coding is not intuitive; having letters for some types of fire but not all is inconsistent and confusing. I have done this training online a number of times and each time I'm left feeling more confused than when I began. Please simplify the learning process so we can each be more effective in our fire safety and awareness. Thank you.”

Thanks for the feedback on the Fire Extinguisher course, we always appreciate it. Some of the issues you raise are not possible for us to do anything about - like colour coding of fire extinguishers, icons and letters for fire types. But, of course, it is our job to present the information in a way that is simple for people to understand.
