“This was a very long and, in some ways, confusing course with some of the narrative questions providing a confusing choice for the student. I think answers should be very obviously right or wrong rather than nearly right vs totally right as the learning opportunity is much stronger. Because of this, I will have forgotten the finer details of this course in a few days, but may well still remember the nearly right answers rather than the answers I was supposed to have remembered. 2 hours is far too long, and as the details to be answered are far too specific, it has taken me nearly 3 hours.”

Hi Robert Thanks very much for the useful feedback on the Working in Confined Spaces course. We understand your preference for clearly right or clearly wrong answers and aim to ask questions like this most of the time. There are times when things are just not so clear cut as that, and we need to explain concepts that are a bit fuzzy. Of course we need to do that in a way that does not leave the learner confused.
